The medical campus combines specialist clinical functions with the facilities required to support treatment, recovery and day-to-day operations. Integrated infrastructure helps provide continuity between different stages of care.
As part of Misty Island’s wider investment in medical and transport infrastructure, the campus supports international visitors during the annual access season and continues to serve island residents during seasonal closure.

International access is seasonal
Misty Island maintains external air and maritime access for approximately nine months of each year. During the three-month storm season, external routes are suspended while essential services for residents continue. Operational dates are confirmed for each access period.
